Exciting milestones from 0 to 4 months
Boost brain development
A newborn’s brain is roughly a quarter of the size of an adult’s brain, and it doubles in size within the first year. Early play interactions build crucial brain connections and pathways.
Your newborn will only be able to see high-contrast colors for the first few months, and will have trouble focusing their eyes. Toys that promote visual stimulation are important for their brain and eye development at this stage.
Visual tracking activities help them learn to focus their eyes, follow moving objects, scan a room for information, and direct their hands to practice hand-eye coordination.
Newborns need space to stretch their spine and limbs. As they play on a playmat, bat at hanging mobiles, and practice tummy time, they will develop better body awareness.
See inside this kit
I purchased the Newborn Kit for my baby and it surpassed my expectations - the sensory toys have already become a big part in my baby's early development. The vibrant colours, contrasting patterns, and different textures were really stimulating and engaged my baby's attention. The textures on the toys and objects also encouraged touch and exploration.
Cannot recommend this newborn kit enough!
My son enjoys looking at his reflection through the mirror, as it helps to promote tummy time. It's developmental appropriate to help baby reach it's milestone!
My baby enjoys reaching out to the sea creature toys as it creates pleasant sound whenever he reaches it.
