  • How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

    You can always cancel or pause your subscription by logging into your customer account through our website. If you have not yet already created an account, please do so with the same registered email address. Once you have accessed your customer account, click on Manage Subscriptions. You are able to cancel or pause your subscription anytime before your next auto-renewal for your upcoming subscription. All prepaid plans are non-refundable and you can only manage your upcoming subscription.

  • Are Learning Time products safe for my baby?

    We perform the relevant safety tests to ensure that all our products are safe for your baby. In fact, all our toys pass or exceed international toy safety standards, and use non-toxic paints and dyes.

  • What is the difference between Learning Time and other educational services?

    We design and tailor each toy and book to be age-appropriate and stimulating at every stage of development. Our team of experts have years of experience working with children and we want to pass this knowledge along to parents so that you can be effective teachers at home. Everything you need to get started is delivered straight to you.

  • What if I want learning materials that are not in my subscription plan?

    We currently only sell several learning materials as stand-alone products. However, we generally recommend getting the entire kit, since each kit builds on the previous one to help your child achieve key learning objectives at each stage.

  • Do I have to return the learning materials after a certain period of time?

    You don't have to return any of the learning materials, they are yours to keep.

  • How do you determine which materials are suitable for my child?

    The recommended starting level for our kits are based on your child's age. We have worked closely with early childhood education experts from Tutor Time International Nursery & Kindergarten here in Hong Kong to ensure that each kit is suitable for each age-group. Our kits go through multiple iterations as they get reviewed, refined, and improved, before you receive them.

  • What if I don't have time to use Learning Time with my child?

    While we recommend that caregivers are hands-on when using Learning Time products, each kit is designed in a way that can be used independently by your child.

  • Are the learning materials only good for the age group indicated?

    While each kit is designed for specific stages of development, we know that children differ in development. We have found that even children beyond two years of age still enjoy our Early Learning Kits.   • When should I introduce each of the learning materials?

    Each kit comes with a Home-Learning Guide that tells you how and when to use each item, activities that you can do, and relevant information about development and milestones.

  • How long does a subscription last?

    Our Early Learning Kits are available up to 2 years old, and our Storytelling Kits are available for 1 year from the start date. Your subscription will continue to the end of the specified age range unless you cancel or pause it through your account.

  • How can I upgrade to a longer subscription plan?

  • I've cancelled my subscription. Can I restart it?

    Of course! As long as there is something available for your child's age, you can easily re-subscribe on our website.

  • When will my boxes ship? Can I change my delivery schedule?

    You can check your delivery schedule before you check-out. Generally, we deliver boxes within 5 working days.

  • How can I clean my learning materials?

    Each kit comes with instructions on how to clean each learning material. Generally, our soft items can be hand-washed and our wooden items can be wiped down with a wet cloth.

  • How can I subscribe?

    Visit our website at and select a suitable kit for your child either based on their age or the learning outcomes. We have kits available for 0 to 6 year old children. Choose your kit, starting level, and plan and you're good to go!

  • What payment methods are available?

    We currently only accept credit card payment on our website with Visa or Mastercard.

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping is free for all our kits in Hong Kong and Macau. Shipping is also free for non-subscription products with a minimum spending of $500 HKD.

  • How do I apply a promo code?

    When a promo code is available, customers can input the code at checkout to redeem the promotion. Only 1 code can be used per transaction. Learning Time reserves the right to discontinue promo codes at any time. If you have any questions about applying a discount, email us at

  • How do I check my order status?

    After submitting your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information. Feel free to contact us for further assistance at

  • When will my order arrive?

    If you subscribe to our kits, you will receive your first box of learning materials 5-7 working days. Your following boxes will be shipped monthly. International orders will arrive 7-10 working days after the order has been placed.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    We can arrange to ship to other countries, but please note that shipping fees will vary and customers will have to bear the shipping cost. Email us at to find out if we can arrange to ship to your country!

  • What are your return, exchange and refund policies?

    We do not have a return, exchange or refund policy due to safety and hygiene purposes. However, we do want you to be satisfied with all your Learning Time products. If your product has been damaged during delivery or transit, please contact us with your name and order number at and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • When do you charge my credit card?

    You will be billed according to the subscription that you choose. If you subscribe for 6 months, you will be charged at checkout, then charged again after 6 months unless you cancel or pause your subscription. This helps to ensure continuity, since our kits are age and time-sensitive.
